Program Overview: The FlashHoops Student Ambassador Program is designed for students who want to improve their math fluency while contributing to the development of FlashHoops' mobile app. Participants will receive exclusive access to our platform and curriculum to strengthen their math skills and engage in valuable learning experiences with a tech startup. This program welcomes students of all skill levels; the only requirement is a willingness to learn and participate in assigned activities.

Program Duration: The program runs concurrently over a range of 4 - 6 weeks, with weekly assignments and check-ins.

Student Commitments:

• Weekly Check-Ins: Engage in a short weekly virtual or in-person check-in with program mentors.
• Platform Testing: Participate in testing new app features and providing feedback.
• Curriculum Engagement: Complete assignments designed to improve math skills and evaluate educational content.
• Consistent Participation: Attendance and engagement in all assigned sessions are mandatory. Missing sessions without valid reasons may result in removal from the program.

Eligibility & Admission:

• Open to elementary & middle school students interested in improving their math skills.
• No prior excellence in math required, just a commitment to learning and participating.
• Admission is based on an application form submitted by interested students.
